How do I join a ministry team?

There are two types of ministry teams. One type you can jump in immediately by talking with the team leader. The other type of ministry team, you must be appointed by the Ministry Involvement Team and voted on by the church. Let us know what you are interested in and we'll get you in touch with the right person.

How do I volunteer with kids?

There are a variety of fun places to serve in the Kid's Ministry! The two main requirements are that you must have attended University Hills for 6 months and we must do a background check. When you are ready to have that initial conversation with our Children's Director, Amy Washburn, she'll get you plugged in to this exciting ministry!

How do I volunteer with music?

There are numerous teams to serve on in the worship and music ministry. It all starts with a conversation with our Pastor of Worship and Music, Mike Toney. He'll be able to share current opportunities to serve in the music ministry.

How do I volunteer with students?

Similar to our Kid's Ministry, we must do a background check and you must attend for 6 months before serving with students. When you are ready to talk about possible areas of ministry with students, reach out to our Pastor to Students, Bo Riley.
